Audrey DeBarros is President of DeBarros Ltd, a Human Resource Consulting, Training and Coaching business based in Henderson, Nevada, and the founder of Coaching for Greatness.

Audrey has a master’s degree in Human Technology along with life coaching certifications. She is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in Diversity and Inclusion, Executive Coaching, Management Development, and Organization Change Initiatives.

In her dedication to working collaboratively with others, Audrey is passionate about nurturing the growth and development of individuals and teams.  Her intention is to deliver to those she services, experiences that allow for personal transformation. She is highly regarded as an inspiring coach, strong facilitator/trainer and engaging college professor. She has a trustworthy style and ability to connect with diverse audiences to encourage, allow and inspire them to be their highest and best Self.
